HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY WEDDING DRESS?
Most brides order their bridal gown 9-12 months prior to their wedding date. In addition, you need to make time for at least two alteration appointments. Remember, this is an exciting time! Cherish it by planning ahead and allowing a little extra wiggle room for delays and you'll be slaying wedding planning like a pro!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?
You should wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. That could include a nude, strapless bra or stickies and full coverage panties. If you will be wearing shapewear, feel free to bring that along. It's also a good idea to bring shoes that have the same heel height as you'll have for your wedding shoes.
WHO SHOULD I BRING TO MY BRIDAL APPOINTMENT?
Our private bridal VIB experience can accommodate up to 6 guests and our Ultimate VIB up to 10. Your first appointment should be reserved for your closest friends and family members who have your best interests in mind and have come to support you and your bridal experience. Consider bringing your whole bride tribe to your first fitting for that WOW factor! We call it My Dress is Here, Let's All Cheer! appointment (Dress Reveal). It's full of fun, special surprises, treats, and of course another champagne toast! This is an add-on feature with a fee. Ask your stylist about it when we call to let you know your dress is in!
DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO TRY ON WEDDING DRESSES?
Yes! In order for your appointment to be a one-of-a kind, personalized shopping experience, we need to set aside 90 minutes just for you or two hours for our Ultimate VIB! Our entire store will be closed so we can give you 100% of our attention! We think our brides deserve nothing less!
WHAT IS THE PRICE RANGE OF YOUR WEDDING GOWNS?
Our wedding dresses are priced from $1,000 to $3,000. Most of our dresses fall in the $1200-$1500 range.
We also have samples we sell or "off the rack" and trunk shows at incredible savings so keep an eye on our website for all our sales and promotions.
DO YOU HAVE PLUS-SIZE SAMPLES?
Oh yes lovelies! We believe that everyone should feel beautiful no matter what "size" a label tells you you are. Beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and we are here to celebrate YOU! So for that reason, we carry sample sizes ranging from 6 to 28. Be sure to let us know if you need a different size you'd like to try on and if we don't have it, we will order it for you in time for your bridal appointment (we usually need at least a week lead time).
ARE DRESSES REFUNDABLE OR RETURNABLE?
Once you place a special order for your dream dress, it is not returnable or refundable. Our "made to order" dress is as unique as you and for that reason, it's not possible to send it back to our designer. But no worries! We will make sure you are madly, and deeply IN LOVE with your dress way before we pull out our measuring tape! We Promise.
